Assemblymember Zbur Holds District 51 Neighborhood and Community Advisory Committee Meeting

SACRAMENTO, CA—Assembly Democratic Caucus Chair Rick Chavez Zbur (D-Hollywood) has held the first meeting of the Assembly District 51 (AD51) Neighborhood and Community Associations Advisory Committee. The purpose of the committee is to provide input and recommendations to the Assemblymember on neighborhood and community issues relative to the California Legislature and the state budget.

"Understanding the concerns our neighborhood councils and homeowners associations face on a daily basis is crucial to developing good legislation and policy," said Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur. "Our neighborhood leaders offer important perspectives into the experiences and concerns of people who live in our neighborhoods. I’d like to personally thank each member who has agreed to devote their precious time to serving our District."
